Our undying love for the reviving iconic Indian jewellery forms shines through this beauty. Our Tapi Kaliganthi Necklace speaks volumes about how jewellery is an art form and holds cultural and socio-economic value.
The name "Kaliganthi" is derived from the form and significance of this neckpiece which is that of an amulet, where the amulet or 'dodi' suggests the individual units and the term Kaliganthi, Kaliganthi, Dodi haar means the entire compilation of multiple such amulets strung into a necklace.
Our version of the Kaliganthi necklace showcases seven tawiz, or amulet-shaped pendants, crafted from gold in filigree detailing, and embellished with uncut diamonds and pearls. Clusters of seed pearls, gold balls, and Nishapura feroza laria give the necklace our signature finishing touch.
